Abstract
The goals of this research project were to: 1. Determine if the Virginia High School League and Hanover High School in Hanover County, Virginia academic regulations regarding participation in athletics affect student athletes; 2. Determine the opinions of the Hanover coaching staff to adding additional academic regulations other than the VHSL academic regulations.
