Abstract
To find the solution to this problem, the following hypothesis was established: There will be no difference in academic success between on-campus degree seeking students and TELETECHNET distance learning degree seeking students in the undergraduate Occupational and Technical Studies program at Old Dominion University, in Norfolk, Virginia.
