Abstract
To solve this research problem, the researcher sought to answer the following questions: 1. Did the Leadership Management Development Certificate Program benefit the managers and supervisors who participated in it? 2. Why did the university's managers and supervisors participate in the program? 3. Was the training based on management and leadership issues at the university level? 3. As a result of the training, are the participants more aware of their leadership and management skills?
