Abstract
To answer this goal the following objectives were established: 1. Determine if the Career Information Program is an effective tool for disseminating career information; 2. Determine if the Career Information Program is effective for assignment of sponsors for newly reporting personnel; 3. Assess whether the Professional Development Board is an active and ongoing process.
