Abstract
The research goals of this study were: 1. Accumulate and analyze data on the attitudes currently held by both prospective and actual employers regarding the employment of mentally retarded persons; 2. Demonstrate a relationship between the attitudes of employers who had actually hired mentally retarded persons and those who had not.
