Abstract
The following objectives were applied to this study: 1. To find out what high schools are doing to provide young people with the knowledge and skills that will enable them to become effective parents; 2. To determine if there is an adequate number of day care programs provided here on the Eastern Shore to assist working parents within parents routes to work; 3. To determine if working parents would be interested in a day care program within or on the campus where parents work.
