Abstract
This study was designed to investigate an alternative method of instruction for Maryview Medical Center in providing annual training to all of its employees in subjects required by outside agencies. The goal of this research will be to determine the more effective method for the employees of Maryview Medical Center to immediately retain cognitive material.
