Abstract

This master's thesis aims to explore the diverse landscape of e-learning software employed by professional instructional designers in Virginia to develop educational content. The study investigated the learning management systems and rapid authoring software, their utilization, the challenges and benefits associated with their usage, and future trends. By gaining insights into the preferences and practices of instructional designers, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the dynamic field of e-learning software in the context of Virginia's educational landscape.
