Abstract
[First paragraph] The Cambridge Companion to the Council of Trent brings together recent scholarship by an international group of scholars. True to Cambridge’s Companion series, this broad yet informative volume provides accessible discussions of the key issues addressed by the Council of Trent, which met in twenty-five sessions from 1545 to 1563.
