Abstract
This study identified factors which influenced student's decisions to drop out of school before completing graduation requirements at Arcadia High School. The following research questions were investigated: 1. What were the factors or reasons which had an influence on their decision to drop out of school? 2.Having made the decision to drop out and having been out of school for at least a year, did they have any regrets have made that decision?
