Abstract
The basic objectives of this study were: 1. To determine methods for implementing competency-based vocational education in Clerk-Typist I; 2. To identify the competencies recommended from V-Tecs catalogs; 3. To create performance objectives that will clearly identify the task; 4. To determine the applicability of identified competencies to students at Arcadia High School.
