The purpose of this study is to examine how the use of technology impacts feelings of intimacy in romantic relationships. This study is based on a combination of survey responses using the Technology and Intimate Relationship Assessment (TIRA) and in-depth, semi-structured interviews with college students currently involved in monogamous, romantic relationships.
