Digital entrepreneurship is becoming prevalent due to the ease of transaction flows, managing business activity/inventory, social/marketing outreach by the usage of technology/data systems. This research reviews the concept of digital entrepreneurship and the obstacles and acceptance issues of business entrepreneurs by embracing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Additional research will examine business owner’s acceptance of the fairness of systems. The findings will contribute to the literature on entrepreneurship and digital enterprise, thereby providing a basis for understanding technology usage and entrepreneurship.
