Abstract
The article offers criticism to several films directed by the British motion picture director Tony Scott, including the films "Man on Fire," starring Dakota Fanning, Denzel Washington and Christopher Walken, "Domino," starring Mo’Nique and "Déjà vu," starring Jim Caviezel and Denzel Washington. Particular focus is given to his authorship and film production as a post-classical director in Hollywood, California.
