Abstract
The articles highlights the Global Society of Online Literacy Educators' (GSOLE) innovative approach to virtual conferences, emphasizing their role in fostering professional development in online literacy education. Topics include GSOLE's strategies for engaging worldwide educators across time zones, its commitment to accessibility and anti-racist practices, and efforts to lower costs to include underrepresented and underserved teachers, tutors, and administrators.
