This document provides details on typesetting and layout requirements pertaining to final manuscript submission to Green Humanities: A Journal of Ecological Thought in Literature, Philosophy & the Arts.

Formatting Requirements

• Green Humanities uses MLA Style Guide for formatting and references.
• Please remove your name and other identifying information from your submission draft, as peer review of all scholarly articles will be double-blind.
• Do not include page numbers, headers, or footers. These will be added by the editors.
• Write your article in English.
• Submit your manuscript, including tables, figures, appendices, etc., as a single WORD or RTF file. Any other file type will result in formatting problems.
• Page size should be 8.5 x 11-inches.
• Double space your text.
• Font:
  1. Main Body—12 pt. Times New Roman
  2. Endnotes—10 pt. Times New Roman
• If figures or images are included, use high-resolution.
