Description / Abstract
This brief provides an explanation of the context under which these manuscripts were created. The manuscripts in this series describe six secondary science lessons and two secondary mathematics lessons that have been implemented in local Virginia schools. These lessons are aligned with current Virginia SOLs and reflect inclusive and engaging practices. Further, each lesson is developed by an individual author and shared in their own voices.
