Abstract
To guide the solution to this problem, the following research goals were established: 1. The researcher will identify computer skills required of entry-level technicians at Canon I.T.S.; 2. The researcher will identify the types of computer technology courses offered in the IST program at Paul D. Camp Community College; 3. The researcher will align the Canon competency needs with Paul D. Camp Community College Information Systems Technology courses.
