Abstract
The following questions guided this research design: 1. Determine the use of traditional and computer aided drafting tools and skills in architectural and engineering firms; 2. Determine whether architects and engineers feel that it is important to continue to teach traditional drafting skills in high school technology education classes; 3. Determine whether architects and engineers feel that it is important to teach CAD skills in high school technology education classes; 4. Determine what type(s) of CAD programs are currently in use in architectural and engineering firms.
