Abstract
The primary goal of this research was to provide the National SAR School with sufficient data and general information to prepare a controller refresher training course. Contributing goals were: 1. Identify the course tasks that require training; 2. Identify any new course tasks that require initial training; 3. Prepare a list of refresher course tasks; 4. Determine the recommended training format for the refresher course; 5. Prepare the foundation for the creation of the refresher training course.
