Abstract
The following research goals were used to focus this study: 1. Determine projected CFFs for the counties of Hampton Roads for the 1994, 1995, and 1996 annual appropriations; 2. Determine projected CFFs for the independent city areas of Hampton Roads for the 1994, 1995, and 1996 annual appropriations; 3. Compare the increase/decrease in projected CFFs for the specified annual appropriations.
