Abstract
The problem of this study was to determine the philosophical focus and program emphasis of graduate programs in technology teacher education at NCATE approved institutions. The purpose of this study was: 1) To identify the philosophical focus of technology teacher education graduate programs at institutions approved by NCATE; 2) to determine the program emphasis at different institutions approved by NCATE for a graduate technology teacher education program.
