Abstract
The research questions were as follows: 1. Are Industrial Arts teachers lacking in job satisfaction? 2. Are the laboratories over-crowded for the jobs being assigned to those facilities? 3. Do the teachers feel they have enough input into curricula and decision-making policies? 4. Do the teachers lack supervision?
