We respond to comments [D. Pitonyak, C. Cocuzza, A. Metz, A. Prokudin, and N. Sato, preceding Comment, Phys. Rev. D 113, 038901 (2026)] about our article, [Phys. Rev. D 111, 056001 (2025)]. We stand by our conclusions and defend them against the criticisms.
