My Gender Discovery Journey
Description/Abstract/Artist Statement
This artifact is a pocket zine that I made for a project with the prompt, "What does the world need?" My answer was that the world needs to hear the stories of more non-binary and trans people. As a non-binary designer, I already feel underrepresented in my field. I wanted to share the story and journey of how I figured out I identify as non-binary. I want my cisgender peers to get more insight into the trans experience and see the humanity that we all share.
