Many times students find themselves in leadership roles on their college campuses and in their communities, but with so many other student leaders around you, it can be hard to be an effective leader. Through working with and training peers, there are specific skills I have learned are crucial to be the most effective leader possible, as well as actions to avoid when holding a position of authority over peers.
