This presentation will examine the Pink Tax, and how the United States should not tax feminine hygiene products as luxury items. I will discuss the history of feminine hygiene and the capital profited off of women and their basic human function. Mensuration is inevitable for the majority of women. Mensuration is a basic human function that is taxed as a luxury, not a necessity and this form of taxing is immoral and unethical.
