“We have to consider the flooding for that area and are we going to get to where we need to be, and also, what kind of vehicles we buy. We feel kind of pressured to get these vehicles we normally wouldn't need in these kind of situations - like an all-wheel drive or something higher off the ground. I find that to be quite a nuisance.”
