Abstract
Data presented in these images were developed using best available NOAA data by Old Dominion University's Center for Geospatial Science, Education, and Analytics (GeoSEA) as a part of the development of the Commonwealth’s Master Planning Framework. Flood data were modeled using present day land elevation, existing buildings, and streets and do not include any future changes, development, or new flood-prevention infrastructure.
Version 2 is a rounded viewing of The Hague and Downtown Norfolk, Virginia, Downtown Portsmouth, Virginia, and Larchmont and Old Dominion University, Norfolk, Virginia.
