Abstract
The goals of this research were to answer the following questions: 1. Should completion of Non-Traditional training enhance rating advancement? 2. Does attendance of local Non-Traditional training effect the student's quality of life? 3. Do graduates of Non-Traditional training who were initially opposed to reenlisting or extending change their decision upon completion of the Non-Traditional training course?
