Abstract
The purpose of this study was to answer the following questions: 1. Did the adult get hired in horticulture? 2. Was the job an entry level position or did the adult enter at a higher level? 3. How well did the N.S.C. horticulture program equip the adult for their job? 4. What modifications should be made within the curriculum, new equipment, and/or other recommendations?
